Welcome to the web home of Grammy Nominated songwriter, composer, multi-instrumentalist and recording engineer, Robert Wait, and my previous alias, Tin Man Alley.  I've been working in music for many years now, and prior to that,  worked in the Film business.  In addition to writing, recording and producing countless songs and many TV and Film scores, I've recently worked with Willie Nelson, Lukas Nelson and Promise Of The Real, Micah Nelson and Particle Kid, Karen O, Dr. John, Lulu Simon, and others.

In February 2025, I released my first song of the year, Shit Show, on all the streamers, plus videos on my Robert Wait Music YouTube channel, and short versions on Instagram and TikTok. 

I followed that with new audio and video singles, Write About and Get To Where You Are, before releasing a full new album, Star Blanket, Dirt Pillow, in June 2025.
